FANUC Teach Pendant repair and refurbishment

A worn, damaged or difficult-to-use teach pendant can slow down work and make safe, accurate operation harder. Following an assessment, we carry out targeted repairs or refurbishment.

FANUC Teach Pendant repair before, during and after refurbishment
A real refurbishment: damaged keypad surface, disassembly and completed teach pendant

When is refurbishment recommended?

When the keypad overlay is worn or torn, labels are no longer readable, keys respond inconsistently, the display or touch panel is faulty, the housing is damaged, or the cable and connector show signs of failure. Before work starts, we identify the exact pendant type and the nature of the fault.

Possible refurbishment work

Keypad overlay and key surface replacement
Key and control inspection
Display and touch-panel assessment
Housing, fastening and emergency-stop inspection
Cable and connector inspection
Cleaning, reassembly and functional checks
