Disassembly and assessment
Inspection of the worn keypad surface and housing parts before repair.
A worn, damaged or difficult-to-use teach pendant can slow down work and make safe, accurate operation harder. Following an assessment, we carry out targeted repairs or refurbishment.
When the keypad overlay is worn or torn, labels are no longer readable, keys respond inconsistently, the display or touch panel is faulty, the housing is damaged, or the cable and connector show signs of failure. Before work starts, we identify the exact pendant type and the nature of the fault.

Faded labels, damaged surfaces and missing key markings.
A clean, clearly readable keypad surface and checked reassembly.
Send the exact teach pendant type, controller name, observed fault and a few clear photos for a faster initial assessment.
