When a robot stops, displays an error code, makes abnormal noises or loses accuracy, we inspect the robot, controller, cabling and peripherals as a complete system to identify the true cause of the fault.
During the initial consultation, we ask for the robot model, controller type and error message, together with a photo or video where possible. On site, we carry out targeted diagnostics, document the work performed and summarise our recommendations for the next steps.
